Description
Initiate Quality Organization and
Establishing Quality Management System (ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949).
Set up Quality Goal and Measure.
Planning Product Quality Control Process
Establishing Test Infrastructure, test equipment and measuring instruments.
Locate customer requirements and make quick response.
Performing Quality Audit to supplier and audited from customer and Certification Body.
Quality Education and Training
Has proven capability of organizing and cooperation.
English Communication Skill in written and spoken.
- Good understanding of Do-178B Standards
- Hands on development and verification experience with Do-178B Level B products
- Experience of contributing to Process definitions
- Ability to analyze software development models, methods, tools and processes
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Strong team facilitation capability to drive the process definition and changes
- Change Management experience
- Ability to work with diversified teams in US sites and drive process initiatives
- Experience with different change management & control tools - ACM, CM21, PVCS, Clear Quest, Clear Case
- The ideal candidate would have either a tools, process and QA background.
Publish process documentation either informally or assisting with the formal publication.
They will collect and report quality metrics.
They will assist in the resolution of PDQA findings.
They will be an RMS toolsmith and make IEP updates for FMS.
They will deliver process training.
