1.Ability to think creatively and crystallize ideas in design form
2.Have extensive experience of HTML , DHTML , CSS, JavaScript , Flash , ASPX etc
3.Visualizing & Designing Advertisements , Catalogs , Posters , Magazines, Direct mailers,
4.Should have a good understanding of accessibility and usability
5.Creating flash based rich internet websites / presentations, intros, banners, demos using flash animation and action scripting.
6.Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications.
7.Good understanding of Internet applications, technologies and trends.
8.Very good spoken and written English to communicate with clients.
9.Ability to work alone on detailed and sometimes tedious work.
10. Strong interpersonal skills to work well with team members.
11.Willingness to work long hours on rush assignments

Candidate Profile:

Graduation from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum related to Web/graphic Designing
