The candidate should possess qualifications for Assistant Professor( Social work) as per University rules mentioned below:
"Good academic record with at least 55% marks (50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and those who passed their M aster's degree prior to 19.09.9 and hold ph.D. degree or and equivalent grade) at Master's degree level or an equivalent qualification from an Indian or foreign University. Candidates, besides.fulfilling the above quitifications, should have cleared the eligibility test for lecturers. (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC However, the candidates having Ph.D. degree in tht concerned subject are exempted from NET.for PG level and subject are exempted-fur oGm l euel teaching. The cindidates having M.phit irgrrn in the concerned NETfor UGTevel teaching only.,,
