Experience   2-3 years experience in any sales and marketing

Nature of work for all above positions

Recruit the team of marketing professionals and agency ( like your friends, relatives, retd persons, freshers, housevies etc) & also to lead and manage the team of marketing professionals interact with the marketing professionals to generate new business ensure all the marketing professionals are active and motivate them to achieve the targets set by the company market profiling to ensure the most profitable areas selling open plots and construction.
Assuring team productivity
Responsible for channel development
Presenting proposals to clients
Making corporate presentations

Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business.  

Also openings in pro / hr / bdo / advertising / customer care / telecalling &  (reception & back/front office ) departments.

Also we have offering part time / home based / agency ( marketing and sales / tele - calling ) on commission basis. ( best in industry ).
