Managing Project Installation of Building automation systems - BMS / IBMS / Safety Systems / Security Systems / HVAC Systems as per the Design at infrastructure projects like airports, commercial buildings, hospitals, etc
Understanding technicalities of these Projects and meeting the Deadlines.
Handling and Monitoring the site technicians & operators.
Coordinating with the Procurement team for Material.
Interact with clients as and when required


Qualifications
 Qualifications:
Essential: Diploma - (Electronics /Electrical / Mechanical /Instrumentation )

Desired: BE - (Electronics /Electrical / Mechanical /Instrumentation )

Experience:
Years of Experience: 2- 8 years

Nature of Experience (Area/Function/Environment/Domain/Product):
Installation of following Systems :

Required : HVAC / BMS / IBMS / FAS / Access Systems / CCTV

Desired : Honeywell Software, EBI

Essential Skills / Aptitude
Supervisory Skills, Troubleshooting / Analytical skills , Good Communication.

KEY MEASURABLES
Knowledge of BMS/ IBMS/ HVAC / Access Systems / CCTV / FAS / Control system components, Networking basics
MS Office
