To manage the Balancing process (VSR) which involves critical activities such as installation, commissioning and qualification of the machine and process.
To manage the tooling and process for improvements and/or changes and new product introduction in time with relative documentation

Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have an hands on experience on above mentioned processes. Should have knowledge of MSA, Minitab, APQP, FMEA, Control plan, Work Instructions and Process Sheet. Should have knowledge of mistake proofing of processes. Should be conversant with TS16949 or QS 9000. Should possess good communication skill Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Auto CAD would be an added advantage.
