Requirements and General Skills :
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment with limited direction, to meet schedule and objectives.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-building attitude required. Some local travel may be required.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
• Ability to project a professional image over the phone and in person
• Commitment to internal client and customer service principles
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Gives assistance and support to Customers, Developers and QAs in Application Server related issues
