Customer is King Hiring HR Trainee, HR executive - Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with matrix reporting with ability to balance line & functional pressures
Should be able to make timely deliverables
Service-first mind-set.
Aptitude: Process orientation and Computer savvy
Key Competencies: Interpersonal savvy, organizing, action oriented, learning on the fly.
- Maintain a robust MIS and furnish details as and when necessary
- Screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interviews and make offers at entry level
- Schedule interviews, and do a first round of interviews
- Ensure reimbursement for candidates who have attended interviews.
- Calling referees and conducting reference checks; flagging off any discrepancies
- Categorically filing resumes of candidates with different status
