Develop, create and deliver marketing content plans for brochures,
whitepapers, channel enablement collateral, case studies etc. Content
planning and development across multiple communication vehicles. Ability
to manage agency resource for writing and creating, and other vendors
as required including translation resources. Ensure content is current,
well-written, concise and compelling. Projects will mainly consist of
the creation of program collateral, sales enablement assets, and web
copy in support of IBM’s marketing programs, products and offerings. The
Content Production Specialist will be responsible to develop a content
delivery plan and the execution of that plan including standard
production tasks. Report metrics on collateral / deliverable usage.
Responsible for tracking budget as allocated. Training of internal and
external teams on communicate standards, guidelines and process
Work with internal and external suppliers to manage content creation, utilize approved suppliers
Required skills: Project management; high level of English language
proficiency, both oral and written; ability to work under deadlines,
respond quickly to business demands, manage processes of content
production; monitor and track how content is used and any results and
insights into how assets are created, administered and used throughout
the program lifecycle
