The team primarily deals with open end responses of surveys that are conducted in UK & US. With the help of a specialized tool called Ascribe, the responses are assigned specific numeric values.

Responsible for production of high quality, error-free output, ensure efficient workflow, study the process & implement it

To understand client requirements, and reinterpret it while working with the team as and when required

Ability to understanding and penetrate the business situation behind a request and help structure output appropriately, jointly with the client.
